In short
The year at a glance
Sitting almost on the equator, Singapore has no real seasons, just steady heat and humidity with rain possible any day. Singapore is city, country and rating all in one, and the gap between months is small, so any time of year is workable.
The closest thing to a best window is February to April, which tends to be a little drier and brighter, while the northeast monsoon from November to January brings the heaviest, most frequent downpours. Even then the rain usually comes in short, intense bursts, and the city is built to shrug it off.
